MANWORKS Glebe Den and Patio Renovation <-- Go Back Years of water damage resulted in lots of rotten wood and brick. The wall, door and window required complete removal. Dublin Masonry did the brickwork while Manworks did the rest. The brick removal allowed easy access to the crawlspace basement, so the opportunity was taken to lower the crawlspace floor by 8 inches. A concrete supporting wall was poured to support the crumbling foundation, new joists were fabricated for the end of the den and insulation was added to the floor of crawlspace. The Door and window were replaced with a new vinyl patio door, fence was rebuilt and stairs built to a new patio.
