FIRE RETROFITTING
In 1994 Bob Rae's Ontario Government passed legislation requiring all multi-unit dwellings to meet certain fire safety requirements. The Ottawa Fire Department has a team of inspectors that is systematically inspecting multi-unit dwellings across the city.
Fire doors, solid walls, sealed furnace rooms and other upgrades are all mandated. Manworks can help you comply should you need work done.
